Ryder is our first rescue. She is part Jack Russell, part Brindle Boxer. When she jogs when happy, tongue out strutting along with a faint boxer “wag”. It looks like she is ‘shaking her hiney’.  We were not sure to start, but she has turned into a lovable member of the family.  Raising a puppy in an apartment is a challenge.  We discovered over time that her previous home wasn’t a nice place for a rambunctious pup. She was guarded and withdrawn at times. She did a lot of hiding.

The moral of the story is that she has turned into the sassy, sweetest little pup on earth. Of course, this is six years later.
