Choosing a retirement car

When you retire, do you go for creature comforts or do you get the car you always wanted, but didn’t want to spend the money? These days,  what is my scooter carrier gonna do to the look of a hot rod?

Better yet, what are Barry and I gonna look like getting out of a hot rod? Can I get out of a hot rod? What is an old woman going wear in a hot rod. Barry has not wanted to spend the money on the car, but he has plenty of gear to wear. Trust me! He has been hot rod ready for several years.

I do not want to be the reason he is not getting the car he always wanted. If. It comes down to it, he can get a lift and swivel put on my seat.

Barry driving, not his hot-rod!

  1. Hahaha, I saw an elderly lady (NOT saying Barry is old because he’s not) the other day in a bright purple hot rod. It was such a great moment I wanted to take a pic, but couldn’t catch her! Go granny, go! Little old lady from Pasadena. Sorry, I had a little tangent there because I was thinking that one day I would like to actually pick out my car–act like I can get any car I want and just choose one for the fun of it. (Not happening) Have a good weekend, Jill!

    • I love it! Barry said we can get a smart car and strap the wheelchair to the top. When or if we ever roll, e can just keep going! You have a great weekend, too!

  2. Ultimate retirement car is one that is programmed to know where its going in case you forget where you are or where you are supposed to be going – at least in my case.
